Details
When traveling by air, there are a few things to keep in mind that can make your trip easier. Your luggage, both your hand luggage and the luggage you check in, must not be larger or heavier than what your airline allows, for example. It is also not allowed to bring anything on board an airplane and there are also special rules on how you must handle liquids that you bring with you in hand luggage.
Fluids
Liquids, aerosols and jellies that you take with you in hand luggage must be stored in containers that hold a maximum of 100 ml (1 dl) each. The containers should be stored in a clear, resealable, one liter plastic bag. Only one bag per person is allowed. Medicines, baby food and diet food are normally allowed in your hand luggage as much as you need during the trip.
On the hand luggage page, the rules are explained in more detail, both regarding ordinary liquids and medicine, baby food and diet food. There you will also find information about what applies to liquids that you bought in duty-free shops at the airport.
