Arrival baggage

Arriving luggage is picked up at the conveyor belt in the arrivals hall. Also applies to special baggage. Weapons can be picked up at the information desk in the departure hall on presentation of a baggage receipt and identification.

Damage to, or loss of, checked baggage

The airline is liable to the passenger if the checked-in baggage has been damaged, destroyed or lost during the time the airline has been in charge of the baggage. Usually, the airline is considered to have had possession of the baggage from the time the passenger leaves it at check-in until the baggage is collected by the passenger on arrival.

Any damage or loss must be reported immediately upon arrival at the airport.
